Rent includes water, Wi-Fi Internet (20 megas speed), LP gas and maintenance of common areas such as swimming pool, green areas, garbage disposal.
Electricity is also included in moderate use of 10 kWh per day. Ex
ceeding the consumption included in the rate agreed in this contract will cost $4 pesos per kWh surplus.Meter reading will be taken upon check-in.

THE OWNER will provide the tenant with water supply, bedding, LP gas and Internet. All services are included in the total rental price.

2nd

Please note that the cleaning service of the house is not included in the rental price. If customers are interested in this service it costs $25 USD per event.

3rd

Renter is required to cover additional expenses if there are:

1. Damage to the property included in facades, walls, windows, garden, doors, bathrooms and their equipment, closets and kitchen equipment.
2. Damage to furniture, mattresses, and sofa bed including spillage of pet liquids and earbs.
3. Damage to appliances, understand air conditioners (2), TVs (2), coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster, DVD players (2), Stove, Bell, lamps, etc.
4. Damage to sheets, duvets, towels, hand towels, pillows, and any bedding.
5. Loss of keys or access card to the closed.
6. Excess electricity consumption agreed in paragraph 1 of this contract.

4th

The maximum number of people using rental property rights shall not exceed the total number indicated at check-in.

The renter must, at his expense, and throughout the rental period, keep the property in a state of cleanliness, in good condition and repair where appropriate.
The renter acknowledges that at the beginning of the rental, the property is in good condition and substantial except for all damages that the tenant can inform the owner’s representative during the delivery of the property on the first day of the rental.
The tenant must leave the property in good condition, clean and with all the garbage properly separated into sealed garbage bags.

Any unsafe or dangerous conditions should be reported to the owner or his representative immediately. Renter acknowledges that the use of the property is entirely at the renter’s risk. Renter shall indemnify and hold holders liable for and from any expenses, costs, damages, claims, actions or obligations arising out of and all loss or damage to personal property, injury or death as a result of the use of rental property, land, common areas, bicycles, swimming pool, bathtub.

The renter assumes full responsibility for compliance with the terms of the rental for the indicated period.

HOUSE RULES

-Parties and celebrations are not allowed.
-The use of illegal substances is prohibited.
-The use of the swimming pool is with prior reservation (listings Mango 78 House & Ciricote House).
-No pets allowed (listings Playacar House & Ciricote House).
